About Arete
ARETE training provides employees with the confidence and skills to safely respond to the continuum of client and customer conflict, from low-level agitation through to verbal abuse, aggression and escalated in-person threats. ARETE training can also help staff navigate and respond to bullying and harassment in the workplace.
ARETE offers three online, self-paced training courses to choose from:
