The Inaugural meeting of the Federation Board was held January 25, 2010.  The election of officers was held at that time and Sharon Freeman representing Burnaby Public Library was re-elected as Chair; Lance Gueck of the Coquitlam Public Library will serve as Vice-Chair and Debbie Millward from the Vancouver Public Library will serve as Treasurer.

Lauren Stara of Whistler Public Library will serve as Chair of the Administrators' Advisory Group and Rhian Piprell of Coquitlam Public Library will serve as Vice-Chair of the Administrators' Advisory Group.
